Environmental Action Tour 2020

September 19th, 10 am - 4 pm

Come out and help clean up the environment and your community with the Environmental Action Tour! This ROAD CLEAN UP EVENT can be done on foot, by car or even by ATV! $1000 IN PRIZES are available and each participating household will get 10 FREE GARBAGE TAGS ($20 value)! Best Costume Ever Contest 2020

October, 1st - 31st

Is this year going to be the year you have your best Halloween costume ever? Was your best costume perhaps from days long past? Doesn’t matter for The Best Costume Ever Contest! In this contest, we want to see your best costume ever, whether it was from 2020 or 1980. Post a picture on our Facebook page, send us a message on Facebook or email us your photo submission for Best Costume Ever! Adults can win $200, $150 or $100 in the adult category and kids can win $100, $75 and $50 in the children’s category. One submission per person. For more details Click Here.

Remembrance Radio 2020

November 11th from 10 am to 12 pm

Tune in November 11, 2020 to CHCR 102.9 FM in Killaloe, 104.5 FM in Wilno & Surrounding areas and online at

In partnership with CHCR we will be broadcasting live. We will share music, stories, poems, history and interviews and have a moment of radio silence at 11 am.

Christmas Parade 2020

December 12th from 4 pm to 7 pm

Take a walk-through Station Park and enjoy the Christmas Parade in a new format! Unlike a traditional parade, this year participants will be in motion and the floats will be stationary to create a new experience that encapsulates all the fun of the parades of the past. COVID safety requirements will be in place.

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE and you must also bring your ticket for the event. Your ticket can be found in your Naturally Spirited! newsletter. If you live in Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards and have chosen no to receive the newsletter, please contact the Municipal Office at 613-757-2300 or for your ticket.
